Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 1-2 day
of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to
provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or
exchange.
All returns must be authorized
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to
obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new,
unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If
you return items without authorization that we will refuse acceptance or
non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been
dispatched. Because that we process all orders as quickly as possible within
6-8 hours after orderss placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order

requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with
our Return policy. If you want to cancel the order before we ship that we will

or altered. If returned footwear is not in resellable condition, a shipping fee
